家母於民國88年開始了蔥抓餅攤車生意,堅持每日挑選新鮮食材與麵團揉合,慢工細活中灌注的是她滿滿的愛。不料幾年後因傳統產業面臨巨大改變,看著家母一點一滴做起的生意逐漸衰退。不忍就此熄燈,於是我毅然返鄉!一路走來其實並不順遂,但我依舊堅守著「職人精神」,埋頭鑽研技藝,經過多次不斷試錯改良,終於在古早味與新世代之間找到平衡,讓蔥抓餅注入新的活力!
